Record TPIs
and propose personnel

01

TPIs from mail

Each ADNOC Offshore TPI received by mail is recorded under its reference, for example TPI-181-2026. Mail is read with read-only access.

02

Form review

The TPI form is read, including scanned forms, for a coordinator to review.

03

Job numbers and continuations

Link each TPI to the internal job number and to any continuation TPI.

04

Personnel and documents

Propose personnel against the roles the TPI asks for. Certificates, visas and passes are checked for the whole planned deployment period, not only for today.

02Deployment tracking

Track each person from proposal to demobilisation

Each person proposed for a TPI is tracked through client acceptance, mobilisation and demobilisation. Nothing is approved or sent without a person.
